PSD is working with Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA), an entity established by the Commonwealth of Learning, to develop a massive open online course (MOOC) on developing 21st century skills through sport and physical activity.

In collaboration with CEMCA, PSD developed a massive open online course (MOOC) targeting physical education (PE) teachers on using sport and physical activity to foster 21st-century skills among young people.
To guide the course development, PSD organized a series of consultations, including three digital sessions and one face-to-face meeting. These consultations involved 40 participants from both India and around the globe, representing the fields of sport for development, physical education, and curriculum design. The primary objective was to determine the course structure and evaluate its market relevance.
Building on the insights gained from these consultations, PSD developed four comprehensive modules aimed at enhancing the knowledge of PE teachers in leveraging sport to develop 21st-century skills in young people. PSD also collaborated with CEMCA to produce engaging audio-visual content for these modules, ensuring a more dynamic learning experience.
The course is scheduled for release on an open-source platform in the near future.
