To support youth leaders to build their capacities in order to enable their aspirations and inspire others from their communities.

PSD initiated a scholarship program, in collaboration with KickOff Solutions in June 2021, to build young girls’ leadership skills and encourage their continued pursuit of sport through continued mentoring and the provision of scholarship for 2 years. Five girls, who have shown leadership potential and an interest in utilizing sport in driving change within their communities, have been chosen from the cohorts of PSD’s Community Sports Program (CSP) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
