- Strategy Development: supporting organizations in developing long-term strategies for sustainable sports-based programs, optimizing resource use, and ensuring lasting impact
- Knowledge Creation: assistance in designing age and ability-appropriate sports curricula and toolkits, ensuring that sport for development programs are structured, goal-oriented, and progressive
- Research and Evaluation: supporting organizations design and integrate effective monitoring and evaluation systems, as well as conducting third-party research and evaluations to assess the impact of sports-based programs
- Communications and Documentation: developing effective communication strategies and providing quality documentation support for sports-based programs through creative mediums.
