Cormac Whelan

Cormac has worked internationally as a Strength and Conditioning coach within professional and development sport for over six years with the Canadian Institute of Sports, The Irish Gaelic Athletes Association (GAA), the Youth Academy at Oxford United FC and the Odisha Weightlifting Association in India. Cormac's expertise lies in the field of Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) and Long Term Coaching Development (LTCD). Cormac has gained significant experience developing sport at the grassroots in India, working for over two years on creating programs and curriculum for physical education and sporting excellence, as well as training sports coaches and PE teachers. Cormac holds a BA in Sports Management from Athlone Institute of Technology, Ireland and a BSc in Sports Science from St. Mary’s University College, Twickenham, England.





Kranthi Chand M.

Kranthi comes with four years of global experience in strategy development and market research, particularly in the sports and infrastructure sectors, having worked in diverse locations such as France, China and India. He possesses strong cross-culture team experience, ability to think through processes, solve problems and make decisions. Having worked previously with organisations such as KPMG, Sporting Goods Intelligence (SGI) Europe, Pro Sport Development and Satyam Ventures, Kranthi lends his expertise in the areas of Strategy and Collaborations, Infrastructure Development, Program Management, Sport Development, Marketing and Sponsorship as well as Human Resources. Kranthi is a Sports Management MSc graduate from EMLYON Business School in France.





Matt Hobson

Matt has over a decade of experience in sports coaching in the UK and holds an LTA Level 3 tennis coaching qualification and an ECB Level 2 cricket coaching qualification. His experience consists of coaching both performance and recreational players, in club as well as school environments. Matt has also garnered expertise in the fields of sport development and management in the UK and India, having worked for the Lawn Tennis Association, developing tennis clubs in Northamptonshire, running a successful tennis coaching business in the UK as well as managing sport development projects in India. Matt possesses a post-graduate degree in Sport Management from Loughborough University in the UK, and received recognition for his research into the education of elite athletes.





Rohan Kandoi

Rohan comes with a lifelong love for sport, as well as experience of four years ranging in the different aspects of management, coaching and development related to sports. His experience includes monitoring of coaches and programs, administration of sports projects, sports coaching and athlete analysis as well as developing curriculum for coach training and athlete education workshops and leading the training of trainers. Rohan has gained significant first hand exposure of developing sport at the grassroots, especially in rural and remote regions, and building capacity of local coaches to implement effective programs. Rohan holds a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences from WINTECH in New Zealand as well as a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from the progressive Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education in Pondicherry, India.





Peter Swinford

With an MSc in Sports Performance and a BSc in Sports Science from the University of Bedfordshire in the UK, Peter is passionate about the development of sport at the grassroots, in particular cricket, which he follows and coaches with keen interest. With four years of experience in sports coaching, curriculum and program development, training, monitoring and evaluation as well as administration, focussing on grassroot sport development, Peter has previously worked globally with organisations including Northamptonshire County Cricket Club, Chance to Shine, Pro Sport Development and the Grendon Cricket Club. Peter is a certified ECB Level 2 Cricket Coach and is also in the process of completing his UKSCA accreditation.





Ramesh Chandra Padhy

Ramesh Padhy has been an integral part of developing weight lifting in Odisha at the grassroots, having produced an Olympian and numerous national level weightlifters in his career. With over 30 years of experience in the sport of weight lifting as a competitor, coach and referee, he brings a wealth of knowledge about holistically developing young athletes, and is highly respected in the sports fraternity in Odisha and the Weight lifting community throughout India. "PadhyJi", as he is affectionately known, is a true ambassador for the development of sport in India. His insights regarding the talent identification of athletes, and their continual development, growth and success in all spheres of sport and life is an invaluable asset.





Jack Perham

Jack is a health, wellness and sports performance expert, with over three years of experience in the UK and India having worked as a strength and conditioning trainer and Weightlifting coach with organisations including Leicester Tigers, Hartpury College and Pro Sport Development. Jack also works with individual athletes, helping them through a holistic health approach, to gain the best out of their training and maximize their sports performance. Jack comes with wide ranging qualifications including a BSc in Sports Science and Psychology from the University of West England, UKCC Weightlifting Coach, ECB Level 1 Cricket Coach, Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 1 from CHEK Institute and a Level 3 Strength and Conditioning Coach.
